ApolloBot Support

Need help, found a bug, or got an idea? You’re in the right place.

This page is where you can send feedback, report issues, and check a few quick answers before digging any deeper. The form is anonymous by design and goes straight to ApolloBot’s Discord webhook setup.

Send Feedback or Report a Bug

Whether something broke, acted weird, or you’ve got a feature idea, this is the place to send it. The more specific you are, the easier it is to fix.

No Discord login is required through this page.
You can choose whether it’s general feedback or a bug report.
Bug reports include extra fields so the issue is easier to reproduce.

Anonymous by design: this form does not ask for your Discord tag, email, or name. It may still include normal technical metadata your browser sends, such as the page URL, timestamp, and user agent.
A short cooldown is applied after sending to cut down on spam.

Quick Answers

A few common questions before you dig into logs or assume the bot is exploding.

The bot isn’t doing anything

Make sure you ran !embedfix on and that ApolloBot has the permissions it needs in that channel.

It’s in the server, but embeds still look broken

Try the provider cycle button under the relayed message. Sometimes one provider is having a bad day while another works fine.

Commands work in one channel but not another

That’s usually channel permissions or a whitelist setup. Run !ab perms in the channel you’re testing.

How do I know if ApolloBot is down?

Check the Status page in the nav. That’s where outages and service issues should be posted.
